We booked a double room, it was nicely decorated with old fashioned design. The service was welcoming throughout our stay.

Spacious bedroom. A laptop-compatible safe, a mini-bar, and central heating available. Location near restaurants as well as all the marine and terrestrial wildlife -- whates, penguins, seals, guanacos, hawks, and the ostrich-like choiques.

the staff was friendly, spoke beautiful English, were very helpful and unfailingly courteous. And I could see whales from my room! The room was attractive, attractively furnished and had excellent lighting and comfortable furniture.

This place was really clean and spacious, complete with a private bathroom. the location is great, as it's close to shops and all sorts of marine and land wildlife. 🐾.

Great location and view. The buffet breakfast was very good.

We notified the front desk that our refrigerator wasn't cold enough and that it was very hot in our room. Someone came up for both, but could do nothing. We ended up leaving the sliding door open to cool the room and left food outside on our deck in the evening to cool.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, right on the waterfront and across the street from the beach. It's perfect for those who want to enjoy the ocean and be in the heart of downtown. The rooms with a nice view and a balcony offer a great opportunity to relax and take in the beautiful scenery. The breakfast here is top-notch, with a variety of options including eggs made to order.

All was great, no complaints.

The staff were very helpful - even before we arrived Erica sent us an email asking about our needs. While we were there the front desk staff went out of their way to help us. The view from the room was beautiful.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel. the location couldn't have been better - right on the beach and in the heart of downtown. It was so convenient to step out and have the beach right across the street. Secondly, the rooms with sea views were simply amazing. I had a great view from my room and it made my stay even more enjoyable. Finally, the breakfast served at the hotel was fantastic. They had a wide variety of options, including eggs made to order, and the hot milk was a nice touch. I was very impressed with the value for money, attention to detail and the friendly staff.

We loved waking up to the beautiful sea view from our room and being able to spot whales in the distance. The location of this hotel couldn't be better, with the beach right on our doorstep and easy access to all the nearby shops and restaurants. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with clean and spacious rooms that had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was delicious, with a great selection of food on offer.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with the beach right across the street. I loved waking up every morning to the sound of the ocean and having a balcony with a great view. The room was comfortable, especially the ex large double bed. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast served was delicious, with a variety of options including eggs to order and hot milk.
